Returns and refunds

At David Honda Garage, we do our best to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we are conscious that sometimes you may face some inconveniences, which may prompt you to want to return one or more items.

Before use

  • Carefully read the terms and conditions before using the product.
  • The moment you open a package from David Honda Garage, you accept our sales and return terms.
  • Check the package for damage on the outside. Any complaint concerning a damaged package must be reported to the transport company upon delivery.
  • If you receive a broken or incomplete product inside the package, David Honda Garage must be notified within 10 working days by requesting a new return in your David Honda Garage user account and choosing return reason as damaged / incomplete product.
  • Violation of this deadline results in a loss of compensation; this is due to the transport insurance and our deadlines for reporting claims to the carrier in the event of damaged goods.
  • David Honda Garage offers to check whether the ordered part is correct and fits your vehicle according to the chassis number, but it is the customer’s responsibility to check if the part is correct before installing it.

Returns

  • The customer can request the return of an item within 30 day’s after receiving the order.
  • After 30 day’s there is no possibility of making returns. It is your responsibility to check that the part is correct, regardless of when you intend to use it.
  • David Honda Garage sells new parts only and they must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • David Honda Garage only accepts unused and clean products that come back with the original box or plastic bag (where the article number is displayed). Do not write or use tape on the original box, plastic bag, or the product itself!
  • If the part bears the mark of having been used or test-fitted in a way that affects its condition, the return will be rejected, and the part can be sent back to the customer or disposed of after confirming with the customer.

How do I return?

  • Go to your David Honda Garage user account and click on ‘’My returns’’. Fill out the return form provide all requested information.
  • After all the necessary information is provided and the return form is submitted, you will receive a return shipping label that needs to be printed out and put on the outside package.
  • In case of a warranty or damaged / incomplete product David Honda Garage customer service will contact the customer within 48 hours to provide further instructions.
  • After the customer has received a return shipping label, the customer has another 14 days to send out the return item.
  • When preparing a return, ensure that the product is in its original packaging and place the item(s) in a suitable box together with cushioning material such as crumpled newspaper pages, or similar, to stabilize the contents. If the original packaging is solid, you can wrap it as a package with a protective layer of paper or plastic foil wrap around it for protection.

Warranty

  • All products purchased on David Honda Garage website have a manufacturer’s warranty. The customer has the legal right to make a claim for a non-compliant product within 24 months from the date of the delivery of the Product.
  • To make a warranty claim, proceed to your David Honda Garage user account and click on ‘’My returns’’. Fill out the return form provide all requested information.
  • If the return must be forwarded to the manufacturer for further examination, it may take up to 90 days to obtain clarification as to whether the product’s defect is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • If the error cannot be rectified, the purchase will be canceled and an order for a replacement or a refund for the item will be made.
  • David Honda Garage does not cover any additional costs, resulting from incorrect products, incorrect orders, incorrect mounting or usage, or delayed packages.

Refund

  • David Honda Garage will refund accepted returns within five working days of receiving and processing the return item.
  • If possible, refunds will be made using the same payment method the customer chose when placing the order.
  • The products are reviewed and checked before the refund is made.
